Team Leader Sales Stylist

Job description

Lead and guide the team towards the achievement of daily objectives and sales standards required.

Know how to delegate tasks between co-workers.

Ensure the cleanliness of the store as well as the visual standards required.

Enforce administrative policies and procedures.

Proceed with the receiving/shipping of the goods with vigilance.

Qualifications

6 months of experience in retail or equivalent.

Bilingualism, an asset.

Senior: More than 30 hours per week.

Junior: Less than 30 hours per week.
