In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Define the technical requirements of the product based on customer needs, applicable standards, and manufacturing constraints
Act as the primary technical contact in communications with the customer
Make key technical decisions and arbitrate design choices
Ensure the technical consistency of the project at all stages (concept, detailed design, validation, production)
Organize design reviews and risk analyses (DFMEA, critical reviews, etc.)
Validate the compliance of drawings, calculations, and specifications
Support testing, performance analysis, and product validation, whether in-house or at the customer's site
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure the robustness of the solution
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices




Actively participate in innovation projects aimed at pushing the boundaries of technology to develop the products of tomorrow

Profile With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Bilingualism required (English and French)
Team spirit, initiative, autonomy, and resourcefulness
Strong mechanical aptitude and capacity for innovation
Willing and able to travel internationally for work
