We’re looking for a passionate engineer to lead multiple product design and development projects, ensuring their performance, quality, and adherence to deadlines. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, leading projects that match your ambition and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead a variety of projects to develop innovative accessories for the motorsports industry, combining different technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes
Transform an idea or a customer need into a marketable product by managing the entire development cycle-from design to mass production-while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
Coordinate the activities of our external partners, such as industrial design firms, mold makers, and suppliers
Conduct project profitability analyses and monitor costs associated with the design, prototyping, testing, and production phases
Work closely with design engineers and prototypists to develop high-performance solutions tailored to market needs
Define validation strategies, develop test plans, and ensure that products and components comply with quality and performance requirements
Work in partnership with the marketing team to support product launches and develop the sales tools necessary for their commercial success
Actively participate in technology and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends and innovation opportunities in the motorsports parts and accessories market

Profile With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and membership in the OIQ
At least 5 years of experience in product development
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with our English-speaking suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that priorities, deadlines, budgets, and business objectives are met
