You will diagnose hardware and software issues, document incidents, and escalate complex problems to higher tiers while collaborating with teammates to provide efficient solutions. The role welcomes candidates with a high school diploma, CompTIA A+ or similar certs, and hands-on experience in MSP or IT services, including O365.
