Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize lived experience to support clients effectively • Collaborate within the ACT team for individualized care • Advocate for clients’ needs and circumstances • Coach clients in their wellness plans and goals • Provide supportive counselling and resource assistance
Requirements: • Lived experience of mental health issues or substance use • Robust interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in diverse settings independently • Commitment to confidentiality and client respect • Understand harm reduction principles
