Your Role - Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor , you are responsible for ensuring the continuity of hotel operations during the night while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of daily financial transactions.





You play a key role both operationally and administratively, delivering qualified guest service while completing system closures and preparing daily reports.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify daily financial transactions

Identify discrepancies, adjust accounts, and update guest records

Balance cash and complete end-of-day closing procedures

Prepare night audit and revenue reports

Welcome late arrivals and process early departures

Answer calls and handle reservations

Address guest requests and resolve concerns professionally

Perform front desk duties during the night shift

Prepare and communicate a detailed handover to the morning team

Relay guest requests and operational updates to day teams

Perform any other related duties as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations (night audit experience is an asset)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities

High level of accuracy, autonomy, and attention to detail

Comfortable with computer systems and financial operations

Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required

Knowledge of FOSSE (an asset)
