In this role, you will maintain the integrity of Jack.org's finances while reporting to the Director of Finance. Your responsibilities include accurate financial reporting, compliance reviews, and aiding cross-departmental understanding of financial data. You will utilize your skills to enhance financial processes and ensure effective grant and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports and analyses
• Maintain and enhance financial models for accuracy
• Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations monthly




• Support audits and ensure compliance with standards
• Train non-financial staff on accounting procedures and practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation preferred
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong collaborative skills in a multi-departmental environment
