Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training on essential safety programs including First Aid
• Document training progress and competencies of employees




• Aid in creating new training content and methodologies
• Support safety audits and inspections on site
• Advocate for Human Performance program initiatives

Requirements:
• Relevant education or experience in construction safety training
• Minimum 5 years in health and safety roles
• Experience with facilitation in group settings
• Proficient in MS Office for managing training resources
• Robust interpersonal communication abilities
