Crombie, one of Canada’s top real estate investment trusts, is looking for a Director of Total Rewards to lead strategic compensation initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Culture, you will develop and implement effective total rewards programs. Your leadership will focus on aligning compensation strategies with Crombie’s long-term goals and enhancing the employee value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design total rewards strategy focused on business and talent objectives
• Lead implementation of compensation and benefits programs




• Manage pay equity initiatives and salary structures
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
• Prepare governance materials for executive boards and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related area
• 8-10 years in total rewards and leadership roles
• Experience managing executive compensation programs
• Advanced data analysis and project management skills
• Preferred certifications: CCP, CEBS, or CPHR
