Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive assessments for clients
• Implement evidence-based treatment and recovery interventions




• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary health team
• Manage client care plans and monitor progress
• Promote housing support and community engagement

Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Must be registered with COTO
• Proven experience in mental health and addiction care
• Strong communication and crisis de-escalation skills
• Willingness to provide transportation for clients
