In this role, you will be responsible for developing and rolling out comprehensive safety management systems in partnership with site leadership. Your focus will be on leading audits, identifying hazards, and implementing controls to ensure a protected working environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to a strong safety-first culture across the site
• Lead regular safety audits and close compliance gaps
• Engage employees through effective safety training




• Oversee WCB claim management and RTW processes
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing safety programs

Requirements:
• Completed education in Health and Safety or equivalent experience
• Relevant professional safety designation is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in Health and Safety, including leadership
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment
