Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research on various regulatory topics
• Provide advice during public hearings and proceedings
• Draft legal documents,
including orders and reports
• Assist in examinations of witnesses when required
• Oversee case files from initiation to completion
Requirements:
• Must hold a law degree from an accredited institution
• 2-5 years of experience in relevant legal fields
• Proven track record in pipeline regulatory advice
• Good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
• Ability to adapt and travel as necessary
