An ideal candidate possesses a Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or Degree and has 5 years of experience in mechanical design. Strong skills in AutoDesk Inventor and electronics knowledge are also crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design complex mechanical components in Inventor
• Research applicable tool design technologies
• Incorporate electronics sensor circuitry into designs




• Gather and compile research information into databases
• Build prototypes and conduct testing procedures

Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma or degree (preferred)
• APEGA registration is advantageous
• 5 years minimum experience as a Mechanical Designer
• Background in design of pipeline inspection tools is an asset
• Superior communication and time management skills
