Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire a team to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Develop annual growth strategies with the Vice President of Sales
• Oversee talent recruitment and career development processes
• Manage daily operations including branding and P&L;
• Engage actively in community events to represent HUB
Requirements:
• Valid Level 2 General Insurance License
• Five years of experience in insurance brokerage
• Minimum three years in a supervisory role
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
• Relevant industry designation or education is a plus
