sanitized work areaRunning alternate equipment as needed to support the production line.Keeping supervisor and maintenance informed of issues that require corrective action or repairChecking pallets coming to the production floor & codes associated with each against the process orderInspecting material, products, and specification sheets at each step of the process, ensuring the quality and integrity of the product meets specifications.Recording and reviewing production records and specificationsCompleting all necessary paperworkPerforming other duties as assigned by a production supervisor or production leadTraining and developing personnel as needed.Participating in a team environment by interacting with other employees and involvement on improvement projectsSupport team members ensuring tasks are being carried out efficiently and in accordance to production schedulesCollaboration with all teams to ensure coordinated and efficient plant operationsReport production progress, challenges and achievements to the production supervisor and other relevant stakeholdersCollaborate with the team to implement changes that enhance productivity and reduce wasteImportant DetailsEmployees work 12-hour shifts (7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am), Rotating weekends requiredShiftNIGHTKey Skills & AbilitiesLANGUAGE SKILLS: Competency in English language (read, write, speak); excellent written, oral, and listening skills. Ability to speak effectively with groups of employees.COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse management systems.
