POSITION DESCRIPTION: L'AVENTURA, a welcoming rental building, has a Housekeeping Attendant position available (no experience required) for a weekend shift! ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related tasks
Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
Maintain and clean the premises
Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
Taking out the trash
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Positive team player
Good sense of interpersonal communication
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
