In this role, you will handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections for a fleet involved in civil construction. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing various mechanical systems and minimizing equipment downtime. Working closely with the Shop Manager, you'll prioritize safety and compliance while maintaining high-quality repair standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on civil construction vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Complete preventive maintenance and keep records
• Support field calls for minimal equipment downtime
• Follow company safety regulations

Requirements:
• Red Seal Truck and Transport Technician certification preferred
• 3+ years of mechanic experience
• Knowledge of diesel engines and electrical systems
• Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to work well under pressure
