Lead transformational healthcare initiatives as a Project Coordinator with Assisted Living Alberta. This role offers the opportunity to work at a provincial level, focusing on project and change management.

As part of the Provincial Seniors Health & Continuing Care portfolio, you will directly support various educational and quality initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include developing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate key project documentation and reports
• Maintain and update project planning tools and statuses
• Coordinate regular meetings with project teams




• Educate and mentor project staff in Continuing Care
• Engage with internal and external partners effectively

Requirements:
• Related degree or diploma and/or extensive project management experience
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare projects
• Familiarity with Continuing Care Health Service Standards
• Robust communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in developing educational resources and guidelines
