POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a kitchen helper/dishwasher to join our kitchen team.
Schedule: Part-time, weekends, daytime hours.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble plates of food
Clean kitchen equipment
Clean kitchen equipment after each use (pots, stove, mixers etc.)
Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food
Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
Peel and cut vegetables for meals
Wash dishes after each meal and store in appropriate places
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Valuable team player
A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
