Key Responsibilities:
• Generate estimates in compliance with OEM repair guidelines
• Maintain customer communication throughout the repair process
• Adhere to all insurance compliance requirements
• Conduct “production walks” with management
• Support your team during busy periods

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• One year experience with DRP compliance preferred
• Familiarity with Progi Calendar and ASE system
• Basic knowledge of automotive estimating tools
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure
