In this full time, permanent position, you will work closely with the geriatric population, developing personalized exercise plans that support their functional goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals including physiotherapists and massage therapists, while gaining insights from their experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Create tailored rehabilitation programs for geriatric clients
• Work with a Physiotherapist to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide in-home exercise sessions for personalized care
• Foster connections with clients across two facilities
• Ensure consistent client support within the community
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology mandatory
• Approved member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists
• At least 1 year of practical kinesiology experience
• BC driver’s license essential for travel
• Background in physical rehabilitation preferred
