This community-based position is designed for qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) who possess an Advanced Foot Care Certification. Your role will encompass delivering comprehensive foot assessments and treatments tailored to individual client needs within their homes, focusing on preventative care and education on foot health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized foot care assessments and plans
• Perform advanced foot care services like nail trimming
• Educate clients about foot health maintenance




• Communicate effectively regarding patient condition changes
• Document clinical information accurately using AlayaCare

Requirements:
• Current CNO registration as RN or RPN
• Valid Advanced Foot Care Certificate
• Previous experience in community nursing is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities
• Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle
