Miles HR invites you to apply for an HR Generalist role on a 6-month contract in Fraser Valley, BC. Focus on comprehensive HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, and policy administration in a manufacturing setting.

In this hands-on position, you will directly support over 100 employees, managing HR functions and providing guidance on policy compliance. You will report to the VP Operations and be instrumental in fostering a culture of trust and accountability, essential in the quick-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and integration of employees
• Create and maintain effective HR policies
• Serve as a resource for HR inquiries from staff




• Oversee employee documentation and performance reviews
• Coordinate payroll support and time-off management

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Minimum of 3 years as an HR Generalist, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong communication and judgment skills
• Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now proficiency
• Personal transportation required due to location
