This role reports directly to the Vice President of Investor Services at Waystone and allows you to be an essential part of the operation team. You'll handle investor transactions, create tracking reports, and ensure compliance with AML requirements, contributing significantly to client satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle investor transaction documentation and processing
• Distribute periodic capital activity tracking reports
• Oversee the accuracy of client reporting outputs
• Fulfill AML requirements for investor transactions




• Maintain client relationships as daily operational contact

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Investor Services
• Experience with HWM Mantra considered an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Detail-oriented with strong compliance skills
• Proven relationship management capabilities
