This role requires an individual with at least 5 years of health and safety experience within an industrial context. As the Health and Safety Representative, you will ensure that operations meet company policies while promoting a robust safety culture. Your primary focus will be on training team members, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance while working in diverse settings like refineries and petrochemical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect work areas for safety compliance
• Facilitate health and safety training sessions




• Manage emergency response and incident reporting
• Develop and review Job Hazard Analysis
• Forge robust relationships with clients and teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in an industrial health and safety role
• NCSO certification required; CRSP preferred
• OH&S; diploma considered an asset
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel across Canada for assignments
