Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a solid presence to deter fraud and policy breaches
• Comply with legal procedures when detaining offenders
• Investigate incidents and compile evidence closely with law enforcement
• Identify and address loss trends with management
• Ensure compliance with company and provincial security standards
Requirements:
• Hold a valid Provincial Security Guard License
• Proficiency in CCTV and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Integrity, accountability, and initiative focused
• Retail experience preferred, especially in grocery or pharmacy
