Become a Learning Support Worker in the Vanderhoof area with School District No. 91. Engage with students’ educational needs through collaboration and advocacy efforts.
School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) is seeking Casual Learning Support Workers to support students in the Vanderhoof region. This role allows you to assist in educational programs and advocate for student interests, contributing to a meaningful learning workplace. It is a casual position with no set hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with staff to support individual student needs
• Deliver educational programs for groups or individuals
• Advocate for student success within school-based teams
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)
• Education Assistant Certificate or equivalent
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
• WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with safety procedures
Play a vital role in student advocacy and support in your community with School District No. 91.
