Key Responsibilities:
• Frame and finish wooden and composite decks
• Work closely with a team of carpenters and laborers
• Execute deck installations using various tools and methods
• Follow safety practices diligently in office
• Ensure job sites remain organized and clean

Requirements:
• Proven carpentry experience, especially in deck building
• Knowledge of construction tools and materials
• Familiarity with Trex products is advantageous
• First Aid skills and WHMIS certification are preferred
• Must have a valid G driver's license and own steel-toed boots
