As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll report directly to the Facility Manager. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and the preventative maintenance of critical building systems. Your expertise will help in troubleshooting issues and coordinating contractors effectively, driving an efficient and compliant work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on systems
• Coordinate emergency service responses and contractor oversight
• Monitor efficiency of mechanical and electrical systems
• Document maintenance activities through CMMS
• Participate in after-hours maintenance as required

Requirements:
• Proven experience in building systems maintenance
• Strong HVAC and plumbing knowledge
• Basic handyman and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Valid driver's license and ownership of tools
