Join the AltaGas team as an LPG Terminal Operator Technician at RIPET. This critical role focuses on safely managing offloading operations and participating in emergency responses.

Located south of Prince Rupert, you will oversee daily terminal activities while ensuring safety compliance throughout operations. Reporting to the Lead Operator, your duties will include railcar inspections, risk assessment, and procedural documentation. Ideal candidates have experience with terminal equipment and a dedication to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the offloading of LPG railcars safely
• Execute railcar unloading procedures and confirm completions
• Report and investigate safety incidents promptly




• Support the Emergency Response Team in emergency situations
• Maintain facility cleanliness and perform minor maintenance

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of railcar loading/offloading experience
• Railcar Safety & Securement certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and good physical fitness
