Join Hyatt Regency Vancouver as a dedicated Event Services Server and play a vital role within our Banquet team. Deliver excellent customer service while managing event setups and guest interactions in this fast-paced position.

In this full time role, you will be accountable for the entire banquet service process, from setup to clearing. Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience in food and beverage service, and the ability to work under pressure. Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and clear banquet areas efficiently
• Provide outstanding service to guests
• Engage in cleaning and maintenance of event stations




• Support team members in event preparations
• Restock and organize event supplies as needed

Requirements:
• Previous customer service and food service experience preferred
• Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certifications required
• Open to various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills needed
• Excellent conversational and engagement abilities
