This position focuses on performing duties such as asphalt installation, traffic control, and cleaning equipment. We are looking for team players who can work effectively outdoors and embrace all weather conditions. The successful candidates will showcase their skills in construction and maintenance while supporting the Roads team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain road surfaces through repairs and maintenance activities
• Assist in winter operations including snow clearing and salting




• Provide traffic control assistance with valid TCP certification
• Operate tools and machinery for various tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and workspaces

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in road construction or maintenance is a plus
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License is required
• TCP certification is an advantage
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical stamina for manual labor tasks
