This pivotal full-time role focuses on leading Shipper/Receivers and optimizing daily performance. You will translate operational priorities into actionable plans and ensure compliance with standard work guidelines. As a key figure, you will reinforce safety practices and enhance team engagement and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead warehouse shifts and direct team efforts
• Achieve safety and productivity targets consistently
• Manage daily operational workflows and compliance
• Make quick, effective decisions to meet goals
• Mentor team members on performance expectations

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in warehousing
• Strong grasp of warehouse operations and logistics
• Proficient in WMS, especially SAP EWM/WM
• Capable of operating material handling equipment
• Willingness to work versatile shifts, including nights
