Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on long-term planning and operational strategies
• Manage custodial staff, ensuring productivity and morale
• Oversee budgeting for salaries and supplies
• Direct events requiring custodial services and inspections
• Maintain current inventory and equipment records
Requirements:
• At least three years in facility management/supervision
• Certified Pool Operator and Power Engineering credentials
• Knowledge of CSA B52 codes and safety protocols
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Supervisory experience in a union setting preferred
