This role suits professionals with over four years of relevant experience, tasked with creating operational reports for stakeholders and ensuring adherence to credit and tax equity agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate quarterly and annual audited financial statements
• Deliver financial reports for lenders and partners




• Resolve complex accounting issues and formulate disclosures
• Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation
• Ensure compliance with credit and tax equity agreements

Requirements:
• Four years of relevant accounting experience
• CPA designation or equivalent in progress
• Proficient in U.S. GAAP principles
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
• Experience with credit agreements in large firms
