Step into the role of Electrical Field Service Technician, where you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain high-performance electromechanical systems for our customers. This position offers diverse challenges both at our Milton facility and in office.
As a technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring generators run efficiently and correctly. With a focus on 60 and 400 Hz systems, you’ll not only perform troubleshooting but also oversee the entirety of the repair process, from quoting to final testing. Strong leadership and a meticulous approach are vital to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose electrical issues and prepare repair quotes
• Maintain and test AC/DC generators effectively
• Remove and install various generator components
• Trace wiring systems and perform assembly tasks
• Communicate repair results to clients professionally
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of relevant electrical experience
• Proficient in reading technical diagrams
• Canadian citizenship and valid passport required
• Capable of travel for job assignments
• Own basic electrical tools
