In this role, reporting to the Manager of Labour Relations, you'll provide vital recruitment support and foster positive relationships with trade union partners. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure thorough candidate screening, contributing to the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment needs • Post job requisitions and source candidates effectively • Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews • Assist in creating onboarding documentation • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends
Requirements: • 2+ years experience in full cycle recruitment • Understanding of construction industry and trade unions • Robust interpersonal and communication skills • Strategic thinker with excellent organization • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
