Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect quality of harvested products routinely
• Document crop observations and deviations comprehensively
• Mix fertilizers for proper nutrient maintenance
• Conduct nutrient tests and maintain lab cleanliness
• Support team training and execution of SOPs

Requirements:
• Diploma in Plant Science or Horticulture required
• Background in agriculture or food manufacturing preferred
• Ability to perform 12-hour rotational shifts
• Solid work ethic and communicative approach in teams
• Lifting capability of up to 25kg safely
