In this role, you’ll work at both South Muskoka Memorial Hospital and Huntsville District Memorial Hospital, providing essential treatments and rehabilitation services. Your responsibilities include planning patient caseloads, developing care plans, and upholding patient safety protocols. You'll engage in career development while working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services
• Plan and prioritize patient cases effectively
• Develop individualized therapeutic exercises and plans
• Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and timely
• Participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree from a PEAC-accredited program
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Preferably 2 years experience in rehabilitation
• Willingness to complete required certifications
• Proficient in electronic medical records
