As part of the Assessment Services team, you will perform in-person evaluations in diverse locations, including homes and public spaces. This role necessitates a degree in Human Services and at least two years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication and data management skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate in-person assessments based on client needs
• Document assessment findings accurately in electronic systems
• Review and validate information for correctness
• Provide regular reporting to management and senior staff
• Organize and manage daily assessment workflows efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or similar field
• Two years of assessment experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in computer usage with solid typing skills
• Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License
