Join MasterBUILT Hotels as a Human Resources Generalist responsible for enhancing HR practices across multiple locations in Canada. This position demands fluency in English and French while promoting a supportive culture.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will execute key HR initiatives including employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance with legislative requirements. You will analyze HR metrics, support internal investigations, and enhance policies that align with MasterBUILT’s vision of exceptional hospitality. Prior experience in a franchise setting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, performance, and employee relations
• Collaborate with management in conflict resolution




• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Analyze HR data and metrics for improved outcomes
• Coordinate health and safety programs across hotels

Requirements:
• 3+ years in progressive HR roles
• Experience with HRIS and automation tools
• Understanding of human rights and OHS legislation
• Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• CPHR designation is preferred
