Drive donor engagement as the Manager of Donor Relations & Philanthropy at Children's Hearing & Speech Centre of BC. This role focuses on cultivating meaningful relationships to ensure every child has the services they need.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you'll manage the Centre's fundraising activities and steward key donor relationships. Your organizational skills and passion will help achieve crucial fundraising targets through community engagement and inspired donor outreach. This role requires a hybrid work model with a commitment to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic fundraising initiatives and programs
• Build trusted relationships with donors and community partners




• Write sponsorship proposals and thank-you communications
• Attend community events and donor meetings
• Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in fundraising or relationship management
• Track record of meeting fundraising or revenue goals
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with donor relationship management tools
• Self-directed and highly organized
