Key Responsibilities:
• Manage leasing program duties including call campaigns
• Conduct informative tours, highlighting suite features
• Promote incentives to attract potential residents
• Document all prospect interactions thoroughly
• Qualify prospects to match them with suitable rentals

Requirements:
• Availability for 3-4 days of work weekly, including weekends
• Solid skills in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is advantageous
• Fluent written and spoken English communication
• 1-3 years experience in sales or leasing preferred
• Physically capable of light lifting and navigating stairs
