As part of Kainos, this role seeks an experienced consultant equipped to provide high-quality Workday implementations. Focusing on both configuration and client engagement, you’ll manage multiple projects and collaborate closely with diverse teams. Your strategic approach will ensure client needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Workday Core HCM configuration and setup
• Guide clients through testing and project execution
• Collaborate across teams to align project goals
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Core HCM Workday certification
• At least 3 years in client-side Workday roles
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end HCM projects
• Ability to manage complex project timelines
• Competence in Workday Report Writer and EIBs
