As part of Crown Holdings, an esteemed leader in sustainable metal packaging, you will operate forklifts under the supervision of the Plant Shipping Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safe and effective transport of materials, inspecting product conditions, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate conventional and doublewide industrial trucks
• Load/unload trailers for safe transportation
• Inspect products for shipment and quality assurance
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas
• Handle battery changes and equipment servicing
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old; high school diploma/G.E.D preferred
• 3+ years of forklift experience required
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing preferred
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
