As a Foreperson, you'll guide your team on-site, focusing on arboricultural tasks while mentoring newer members. This position demands a solid understanding of tree care, planning, and effective customer service to meet client expectations. You'll be instrumental in maintaining safety protocols while providing expertise throughout the job process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely lead a crew in providing tree care services
• Plan and execute daily tasks and maintenance
• Supervise tool and equipment operations
• Conduct tree pruning and hazardous tree removals
• Provide exceptional client interactions and support

Requirements:
• 2+ years of Arborist experience required
• ISA certification or enrollment in related programs
• Valid provincial driver’s license essential
• Capacity to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Proficiency in tree and shrub identification
