We are accepting applications for two Carpenter III positions to join our Carpentry and Trails team. This role is crucial for the renovation and maintenance of park facilities, including constructing stairs, boardwalks, and playground equipment. The successful candidate will utilize their trades experience to lead small teams while performing manual work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Renovate and maintain park infrastructure and furniture
• Lead carpentry projects for stairs and bridges
• Demonstrate safe practices in carpentry tasks
• Read and follow construction drawings
• Supervise the carpentry team effectively

Requirements:
• High School Diploma with a Carpentry apprenticeship
• Red Seal Certificate in Carpentry compulsory
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Solid experience in general carpentry
• Knowledge of safety regulations in construction
