Key Responsibilities:
• Show units to prospective tenants and process applications
• Resolve tenant complaints within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction




• Respond to tenant emergencies and maintain accommodation compliance
• Manage fire safety inspections and collect rent effectively
• Supervise cleaning and maintain order in common areas

Requirements:
• Five years’ experience in property management is essential
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and email/web tools
• Physically capable of lifting 50lbs and managing tasks
