Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily coordination of crisis response team operations
• Provide emotional support and training for frontline responders
• Review service documentation for compliance and accuracy

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in crisis response or community services
• Degree in relevant social sciences
• Solid documentation and compliance skills
• Proven mentorship experience with staff
