Arrow is on the lookout for dedicated Class 1 Truck Drivers for its Kamloops Flat Deck division. As a driver, you will be responsible for managing cargo safely while adhering to all transportation regulations. This role offers a structured work schedule and paid orientation with experienced mentors to support your growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe securing of loads and compliance during transport
• Execute pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Efficiently maneuver trucks in loading/unloading areas
• Maintain logs of vehicle service and repairs
• Assist in training of junior drivers when required

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 driver's license is necessary
• Must pass a drug screening and reference checks
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
